Delivery costs

Delivery rates are listed in the table below. We currently do not ship Internationally.

Delivery time

Orders made during weekday business hours take 1-2 business days to deliver. Deliveries to some regional areas may take up to 3 business days delivery. Deliveries to the areas highlighted on the map below may take 7-14 working days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have packages delivered on a specific date.
Note: Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

  • White Zone ~ 2-10 business days to deliver
  • Grey Zone ~  4-14 business days to deliver


Signed & unsigned delivery

You can choose to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If however you choose to have your item delivered without a signature of receipt you are liable for actions thereafter the couriers said delivery.
If you choose to sign for your item you need to be available 9.00am to 5.30pm to accept the delivery. Any instances of unsuccessful deliveries by the courier are resolved with an attempt of redelivery to the same address and a courtesy card will be left to notify you of the next delivery.
You can also choose a different delivery address than your billing address; for example your work address or send the item as a gift. Remember this will be your preferred delivery address, so if you are sending your next order to a new location you need to change your address accordingly.

Without limiting any terms and conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Hence, without limiting any terms and conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.


Tracking your delivery

Once your order has left our store/ warehouse, you will receive delivery confirmation by e-mail. This email will also include a consignment number and details of how you can keep track of your parcel.
You can also track your order by going to our couriers delivery portal and enter your tracking number, Please allow some time for shipping information to reflect on it.
If however, you don’t receive your order within the expected delivery time and you cannot find the information on our courier portal, please contact ….Customer Service so that we can investigate the whereabouts of your order.
If after 5 days your order has not arrived, we will lodge a lost parcel investigation. It can take up to 7 days for a response on the lost parcel investigation. If goods have been lost, we will endeavour to refill the order or we will refund the order.


International delivery

Unfortunately currently we don’t deliver internationally.


Incorrect delivery and Faulty Goods

If on the rare occasion, you receive items that are faulty or items you did not order or an item is missing from your order but has been invoiced, please contact …Customer Service and we will correct the order.

Faulty items will be replaced if stock is available and alternatively refunded. There will be no charge to return a faulty item. Makeup on the Boulevarde will cover any costs associated with returning an incorrect order item.


Damaged Packages

If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are liable for actions thereafter the couriers said delivery.
